One of the nicest (and smartest) guys you will ever meet! 👍👍 We had an emergency in our press, which was causing us a lot of grief. Located and diagnosed the issue(s) within a couple of hours onsite. Even with his extremely tight schedule, they made room in his schedule to get him here overnight which kept us running with only a couple of hiccups. I just wanted to send a big thanks to Impressions Worldwide for fixing our splicer problem. Mike was meticulous in finding the problem. After fighting this problem for 3 weeks we’re finally up and running again without stopping to do a manual splice. We will be using Impressions Worldwide from now on.
I just want to let everyone know that we are still in parallel mode since February 1st and we had no issues whatsoever with our Tensor press since Armando fixed our issues with our press drives when he came up to Web Express, we are so great full for his help and expertise. Impressions was a lifesaver when we had a mechanical issue limiting our color capacity. Their technician, Max, arrived within a few days, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and got us back to full capacity. Max not only fixed the issue but also took the time to show our team how to make future adjustments and repairs, which has already improved our print quality. Outstanding service, quick response, and expert knowledge. Highly recommend for any webpress issues!

I feel so lucky to have the IW crew come to Petersburg for a little get a way, every summer they find some free time to check out my old, needy Goss press, „Tasha”.This year I was so fortunate to have Mike Stallings to visit with me and do some quick but very necessary maintenance. He reset all my ink and water rolls… and inspected what it might have to be done in the future.
Since the „spa day” in the Pressroom she is doing good and runs smooth.
